Product Owner
Product Owners at New Zealand Post play a critical role in inspiring and motivating scrum teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions to enable New Zealand Post to deliver what people care about.
You’ll use sound commercial acumen, a hunger for data and passion for engaging with customers to ensure that scrum teams build the right product while representing the customer by maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog to ensure that the outcomes maximize customer and business value.
This role requires:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in an agile team.
- Previous experience in agile product enhancement and management.
- The ability to think innovatively and challenge the status quo - developing creative, engaging and intuitive solutions for customers, using a customer centric mindset.
